09 Schedule & Autonomy
M8trx.ai drafts autonomously but never emails anyone until you approve. This is the trust contract.
Incoming replies are sorted (interested / question / not interested) and a response is drafted.
Approve outreach before it sends
Every email an agent drafts waits here. Pick a subject, edit anything you like, then approve it — nothing is sent until you do.

Replies to your outreach
The agent watches the inbox, matches each reply to the prospect it came from, and categorizes it. Where a reply is worth pursuing, it drafts a follow-up — and you approve every send.

Sender & compliance

How your outreach agent works
Your outreach agent runs your outreach end to end — it gathers the right contacts, researches each one, writes a tailored email, and drafts your follow-ups. You describe your business once, and it works in the background.
You pick an agent type and answer a few questions; the agent designs its own plan, then runs the loop on its own — gather, research, write, send, follow up. The one thing it never does on its own is hit send: every email waits for your approval.
How it works
01 You pick an agent type and describe your business
Choose one of four agent types — Cold Outreach, Inbound Responder, Re-engagement, or Account Expansion — then describe your business. The agent asks a few quick follow-up questions and designs itself: who to target, the pitch angle, the email style, how much to send.
02 It gathers its contacts
A Cold Outreach agent searches the web for matching companies — no list to upload. Re-engagement and Account Expansion agents work a customer list you import. An Inbound Responder watches your inbox instead of going outbound.
03 It researches each one
For every company it reads the website, finds a contact email address, and works out a specific reason your offer is a good fit for them.
04 It writes the email
Using that research, the agent drafts a short, genuine email — subject lines and body — tailored to each contact and signed off with the signature you set in Settings.
05 You approve every send
Each draft waits in the Approvals tab — grouped by agent when you run more than one. You read it, edit anything you like, then approve or decline it. Only an email you approve is ever sent — the agent never contacts anyone on its own.
06 It handles the replies
The agent watches your inbox. When someone replies, it matches the message to the prospect, sorts it (interested, a question, not interested, an unsubscribe…), and drafts your follow-up — for you to approve in the Replies tab.
Getting started
01 Create an agent
Go to Outreach, click Create, and pick an agent type. Describe your business, answer the questions, and the agent builds itself in a minute or two — then starts running on its own.
02 Connect your email and fill in Settings
Open Settings and connect the email account the agent sends and receives from — Gmail, Outlook, or any provider. Then add your company name, mailing address, and signature. The law requires a real postal address on every marketing email; your address and signature are added to every send automatically.
03 Let the agent work
The agent runs in the background, finding and researching companies and drafting emails. Drafts appear in Approvals as they are ready — this takes a little time.
04 Review and approve
Open Approvals, read each draft, adjust the wording if you want, and approve the ones you are happy with.
The tabs

Approvals — every email waiting for your decision, grouped by agent.

The one rule
Nothing is sent without you. Every email — first contact or follow-up — stops for your review and approval first. You are always the last step before anything reaches a real person.
